Naveen Jain is a seasoned business leader with over 22 years of experience in strategic leadership, finance, and talent management. A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and Company Secretary (CS), he brings a unique blend of financial expertise, operational acumen, and people leadership.
He has served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), where he led large teams, drove organizational growth, and played a key role in building scalable and sustainable business models.
As Designated Partner of Indolink Warehousing And Logistics LLP, Naveen has contributed to developing strong, process-driven supply chain operations focused on efficiency and reliability.
Driven by his deep understanding of business challenges, Naveen founded AlignEdge Talent Advisory — a strategic talent consulting firm specializing in leadership hiring, workforce optimization, and sustainable talent strategies.
